Eliminating Any/One Food Group Eliminating a food group like Oily food or dairy product does not mean that you are going to lose weight automatically by avoiding that group but actually this means that you are actually the essentials for that food You need to avoid the overeating of any food element not just stop eating any food element Role of good diet is very important for us and for that purpose we need to maintain the balance between our diet and foods not just keep avoid anything researches also had revealed that Avoiding any food group or any elements in our diet may give you temporary satisfaction for your goals of staying fit or reducing the fat but in the long run it will cause you the major health issue.

Setting Unrealistic Goals Setting the slow and ongoing goals will help you to maintain your body in shape and keep you in shape however just go for the long walk for one day and set aside for the rest of the week does not make you to achieve your goal you need to set your as low as you can achieve then very easily but focus would be on setting goals that can be ongoing and does not break the flow of your other activity so u can actually give time and devote the dedication towards this.

Thinking about deprivation Again the deprivation of something does not allow you to stay fit and thinking about the deprivation of any food group or product type or nutrient type would not allow you to achieve your goal but having deprive in some cases help you to start afresh for the case if u are addicted towards something e.g. smoking, Drinking etc.
  2. Not just be healthy, Feel Healthiness If your mind feel Relax you feel Relaxed and if your mind is troubled your body even if so fresh but does not supports you to work towards.

The same case is with the diet after taking some good diet and having exercised it is not something that can instantly change your body but it is an ongoing process so having a good diet on daily food is good but feeling that you are getting healthy is much important than this.

Compromising Flavour Good diets are mostly fails because of lack of flavour we often avoid the foods we don’t find interesting to eat because of the lack of the flavour and lack of the taste of  product while considering this consider to get some interested to eat the healthy one or do invent something new with the healthy one to make it interesting to eat that helps much.

6. Too many food rules When it comes to the food and dieting the Women’s commonly have too many food rules that they think would help them keep fit sometimes it did but most of the times it keeps you away from lots of the essentials nutrients of the food that you avoid due to your food rules.

Being a habit of having a healthy and good habit is a good habit but if don’t change your taste towards eating some other foods too it will bore u one day and u will get tired of eating only healthy food.

Nuts come in very varieties and prices it does not always means walnuts although it means the dry fruits the mixture of trail mix is the best solution of this as it comes in small, packs and easily consumable and carryable and also interesting to eat and also it is high in fiber and protein even in the gym, coaches often refer trail mix as a good means and part of diet.
  2. Skipping meals Skipping meals is not the solution to our daily meal and diet problem however skipping meals would lead us to maldigestion and health problems instead of skipping meal we need to concentrate on keeping the meals in the small amount for the purpose of the diet as small meals would lead to healthy diet and also keep us fit and healthy.
  3. Cheat meals Cheat meals does not mean that you are eating by cheating it from anyone but it means that you are eating the unhealthy food while following a diet program and that you keeping in a mindset would not affect the long term goals of your long term diet plan and program but actually it does you can easily cheat while having fast food and junk food that it would not affect but having a diet for more than the 3500 calories is not the right criteria for the food as we gained easily with cheating food same amount of calories.

Focusing on both Diet and exercise Neither only diet nor only exercise alone can make u fit and healthy u need to concentrate on the both of the factors of the health u need to follow a better chart of diet but in fact a better procedure and follow up for regular exercise to make that diet effective and useful for you.
